Draw a Cartoon Me Face Avatar

December 19th, 2009 Carmeline Calvistacro No comments

Some people can take a photograph and draw a cartoon me face. However, drawing a cartoon me avatar is not easy because you have to practice for several months. Some artists will just trace their cartoons or not make them very detailed because drawing a cartoon from just looking at a photo requires a lot of skill.

Drawing a caricature sometimes looks silly, but it it takes lots of work and skill to draw a carton me face of someone by just looking at a photo. When I use to draw cartoons in the beginning, some of them just ended up looking silly without me trying too hard.

To draw a cartoon use crayons and markers and just start brainstorming. Sometimes I will just blend and mix colors regardless of the pattern. I have drawn a cartoon me face of my brother and parents and they both thought it was funny.

My drawings have become more detailed as I grew up, but it is still very difficult for me to draw a cartoon me face avatar of someone in a short period of time. Sometimes I will spend hours drawing someone’s ears and mouth and if I can’t complete it I just leave it unfinished.

You can add lots of colors to your drawings to make them come alive. Drawing women and their eyes is much more difficult than drawing men. I like to draw a cartoon me face of men and then add a beard and mustache. They are easy to draw and really improve the definition of the cartoons features.

If you need to learn how to draw a cartoon me face you should consider taking an art class. These classes will teach you step-by-step ways to make your drawings look more real and lifelike.

Taking an art class is not expensive if you go to a community college rather than an art institute. Nowadays you can create a cartoon me face quickly by using drawing computer programs that you can download for free off the internet. It is easy to find all sorts of these programs online and they are free for the most part.

Drawing cartoons takes a lot of time and patience although it is still very entertaining. One of the most challenging things will always be to draw a cartoon me face by just looking at a photo.

A great gift for the holidays or someones birthday is to take a photo of them and draw a cartoon me face of that person to get some laughs. Several hours of practice is generally all it takes and you will be able to draw a cartoon me avatar of all of your loved ones.

Carmeline wrote another interesting and practical article that you can read before you download anything online, so make sure you check Carmeline Calvistacros post on creating a cartoon me face for the remainder of this article. For a limited time you will receive a free download. Visit us to get your free create a cartoon me avatar face software.

A Sophisticated Affair

December 14th, 2009 David Artstone No comments

Slate and Artstone – I met this one at an elegant and formal party. I had slipped into silk, he was dressed in something more complex.

I long ago lost the need to feed, so now I feed my faded lust. He was pretty, and haughty, just the way I like them.

It did not take long to make her leave his side. One thing leads to another, which leads to another which causes this one to fall, which makes that one back up, which cases the table to shake, the cup to spill, the dress to stain.

And she’s off in a huff, not a terribly attractive way to make an exit. Plenty of room for me to slide in

Men believe anything when their hard. The first part was easy, the second was easier. Before he knew it we were walking out back, innocent enough.

I never make the first move. I don’t have to. All I have to do is wiggle the worm, present it out there, ripe and juicy.

He was a good roll, not that I feel it anymore. At least in that lust I got to take a sip of his soul, that is always sweet ecstasy. Of course that’s not why I do it.

The look on her face was even better. Everyone had seen us wander out back. I know how to be conspicuous when I want to be, and every man and woman’s eyes were on me, even as were his own, glued, locked onto me. It was a simple thing for her to ask around

and to be answered

out back…

with some woman…

But she was only gone a minute!

And then, stained, soiled, and sundered, humiliation and rage, pain, sorrow, loss, the air rushes from her lungs, the blood from her heart.

I nudge him, even as I rise, magnificent in my naked splendor. I want her to see me, to see not only what has been taken, but also that which took it, to know that I am better

Then I take my leave, and even as I go, I can feel the glow rising from them. A real, true moment, an instant of perfection, locked forever in time, crafted by my design

Know About Chinese Tattoo Art

December 8th, 2009 John Chan No comments

The everlasting aesthetic appeal of Chinese tattoo symbols is the reason why their popularity continues to grow even today. The west has developed a new found fascination with Chinese tattoo symbols even though the many people are unaware of their meanings.

The exotic Chinese tattoos are so attractive that people fancy them without being aware of what they stand for. The western television media has popularized the Chinese tattoos to such an extent that the young people there get the tattoos done permanently on their body without bothering about their meaning.

You will discover that getting a Chinese symbol printed on your body without knowing what it means may lead to something which you might regret afterwards. These artistic symbols may mean something strange or awkward which may be comprehended by someone who has knowledge of these tattoos and you could become a laughing stock which would be acutely embarrassing for you.

As an art form Chinese tattoos present an exotic and remarkable way of presenting it. It is so aesthetically presented that today it is claiming world wide recognition though this form of expression have been around for centuries. Interestingly Chinese themselves do not put much value on tattooing as it is not considered to be respectable.

There is no doubt about the fact that the collection of tattoo symbols consists of some of the most incredible and profound symbols that represent many different things. With regards to the practice of tattooing, it was considered to be barbaric back in the old days of China.

This is because tattooing was used as a way of punishment for criminals who were stamped for life and looked upon as outcasts for their offense. With time however this perception of Chinese tattoo symbols changed and they have become the ultimate fashion especially in the west today.

People who are really interested in getting a Chinese tattoo and do not comprehend the meaning of existing symbols wish to get names, ideas and concepts from other languages translated to Chinese tattoos. This does not pose much problem because most of what they wish to be translated is already existing in the Chinese tattoo symbols and as an art form it goes back to 4000 years in history.

The Chinese writing system is a totally developed science that has more than 70,000 symbols. So you can’t possibly even imagine as many concepts as can be translated into Chinese symbols for the use of tattoos or otherwise. Anything in any contemporary language can be converted into Chinese symbols and produce the same aesthetically pleasing look.

Old Chinese symbols bear somewhat similar physical appearance to the script called Kanji. In reality though the script originated in China but later it was adopted by the Japanese and modified by them. Many people mistake Kanji as Chinese tattoo symbol but in reality they may have absolutely opposite meanings.

Chinese tattoo symbols are a great option for your first tattoo if you want something meaningful and unique. To find out more about Chinese tattoo kanji symbols follow the hyperlink.

How To Adorn Your Bedroom Using Lovely Bedding

November 16th, 2009 Hebert Daniel No comments

Did you know that we spend about a third of our lives in bed? It’s absolutely true, so you can understand how important it is to our sleep and to our health, to have a good supportive mattress and comfortable sheets and linen to sleep on.

Let’s talk about linen and thread count. You’ve probably heard the term a time or two, so let me explain. Your bed sheets come in different grades of quality. The higher the thread count means your sheets have more threads per square inch, which of course means a tighter weave, therefore a better quality of fabric.

The higher the thread count also means a more lustrous and softer bed sheet, and of course more durable and less prone to shrinkage. Egyptian cotton is the King of cotton and this high quality fabric has extra long fiber that creates the superior durability and silky feel that one can’t help but notice. You can expect to find higher thread counts, from 300 to 400 even to 600 in luxury quality Egyptian sheets.

Pima or Suprima is another fine choice of long fiber staple, high thread count quality fabric. This fiber is grown in the American Southwest as the Egyptian fiber is grown along the Nile. It is certainly another luxury fabric high in thread count perhaps not as costly as its counterpart.

Percale sheets are more affordable and not as high in thread count. You can find percale in 100% cotton or 50/50 cotton and poly blends. The fabric is flat, smooth and closely woven and typically can be found in a thread count of’0 to 200.

Perhaps not as high end, but still a comfortable fabric and can be found in a 100% cotton or a 50/50 poly cotton blend.

Your mattress will be a big decision for you because you’ll find tons of different sizes, quality and thicknesses. First determine if you want a softer mattress or firmer mattress. It’s a personal preference and you’ll want to purchase the one that will accompany the two of you. Memory foam is popular but the user will find that it is a bit warmer than most. If you are one to kick off your covers all the time, this may not be right for you.

Also consider a mattress pad or cover when you purchase your mattress. This will protect your mattress from any sweat or stains which in turn will prolong the life of the mattress. Pillow-top mattresses are soft and warm, but a bit pricey. Some users say they are too soft and warm. Buying an extra thick pad for your mattress will definitely be cheaper than buying a pillow-top.

Don’t forget to choose a warm blanket or comforter to top the bedding for a warm and restful night. Choose your comforter like you would choose your thread count. This way you’ll get more years of comfort and enjoyment. You know what they say; you get what you pay for.

Decorative Paper Lanterns

November 13th, 2009 Cody Scholberg No comments

Ancient paper lanterns find their roots in China and Japan. But presently, many people like them regardless of regional barriers and use them to decorate many events.

Chinese ornamental paper lanterns are generally placed on the ground or hung up after lighting them. These decorative lanterns vary in form and design. Traditionally these lanterns are white but they can now be seen in various colours. People use many lexis and maxims on lanterns to denote affections and send out messages. Generally, there are five types of Chinese paper lanterns in use now. The five groups are “tomato lights”, “Buddha gastronomy”, “crystal magic”, “baby’s bottom” and “rolling paper lanterns”.

Lanterns of the first category are typically used to decorate religious places on numerous occasions. Crystal magic lanterns live up to their name with bright illuminations and come in various different forms. The large, oval-shaped lanterns are the tomato lights. The colour used for this type is red while rolling paper lanterns remind us of the shape of large canisters.

The Japanese paper lanterns are usually circular in design, although other shapes are also available under the Japanese label. The typical colour is white, although red is also used.China and Japan use similarly varied colours for lanterns, hence there is hardly any difference in lantern design from one country to the other.

There is not much difference between Chinese and Japanese lanterns as many different colours are used in the making of both types. Unlike in the past, decorative paper lanterns are now used for many occasions and they come with various encouraging phrases on them as well. Since kanji is identical to Chinese letters, it is difficult to distinguish Chinese paper lanterns from Japanese.

Regardless of the festive season or festival, decorative lamps are now very common. Paper lanterns are able to increase happiness or peace of mind according to the occasion or festival in which they are used.
